Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days within India after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms shown on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.

You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.

5. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your name, phone number, PIN code, and delivery details.

Tamiora India is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can assist you.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as applicable.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

8. Delivery Attempts

The courier may make multiple delivery attempts. If the order is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to receive the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
